    First unit shipped to me had a significant ding on the front panel and was missing the handle that prevents you from accidentally switching the whole unit off. The replacement unit they sent had also been dropped and was in the shape of a deformed trapezoid. This company can’t seem to ship undamaged product. It could be a simple matter of improving the packaging of the shipping box, as the boxes they come in are not very strong. They were not shipped in Amazon boxes.

    It would be understandable if the units were cheap, but they’re actually pretty expensive. So it’s not really excusable.
